Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless pork chops, about 1-inch thick
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • 1/2 cup water or milk
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and water (or milk) until well combined.
  3. Place the seasoned pork chops in the slow cooker.
  4. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the pork chops.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours, until the pork chops are tender and cooked through.
  6. Serve pork chops with the creamy sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, you can use milk instead of water.
  • Ensure the pork chops are fully cooked and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
