Ingredients
Scale
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lime juice
Zest of 1 lime
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for effortless cleanup.
Season the salmon fillets generously with salt and black pepper on both sides, then place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, honey, fresh lime juice, and lime zest to create your aromatic sauce.
Evenly drizzle the honey-lime garlic butter sauce over each salmon fillet, ensuring they are well-coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. If you desire a slightly more golden top, you can broil for the final 2-3 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
Remove from the oven, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve immediately with fresh lime wedges on the side.
