Easy low-carb Carnivore Pizza Muffins made with eggs, cheese, and pepperoni toppings, perfect for a meat-based diet.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 6 large egg whites
  • 4 oz shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella, cheddar)
  • Pepperoni slices (or other carnivore-friendly toppings like cooked bacon bits)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional, if strictly carnivore exclude)
  • 2 teaspoons oregano (optional, if strictly carnivore exclude)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional, if strictly carnivore exclude)
  • Cooking oil or melted butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a muffin tray by spraying it with cooking oil or greasing with melted butter.
  2. In a sizable mixing bowl, combine the whole eggs and egg whites. Whisk them vigorously until they are well-incorporated.
  3. If using, incorporate the garlic powder, oregano, and onion powder into the egg mixture, whisking until evenly distributed.
  4. Carefully pour the egg mixture into the prepared muffin cups, filling each approximately three-quarters full.
  5. Distribute the shredded cheese evenly over the liquid egg in each muffin cup.
  6. Place pepperoni slices on top of the cheese in each muffin cup. For a truly carnivore version, ensure all toppings are meat or animal product-based.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the muffins are set, golden brown, and cooked through.

Notes

  • Optional spices (garlic powder, oregano, onion powder) can be excluded for a strictly carnivore diet.
  • Use only animal-based products for toppings to maintain carnivore compliance.
