4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Fresh lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Season both sides of the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the honey butter mixture generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the honey butter mixture.
