Ingredients
Scale
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, patted dry
1 cup Caesar dressing (at room temperature)
1/2 cup sour cream (full-fat or light)
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly grated recommended)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional, for topping)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Caesar dressing, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning. Whisk until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
Arrange the patted-dry chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Spoon the creamy Caesar sauce over each piece of chicken, ensuring they are thoroughly coated.
Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Remove the foil. If using, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken. Return the dish to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
